Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions

Your ticket is sold to you from Forest Industries and subject to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Forest Industries reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute speakers and/or vary advertised programmes,
  2. There are no refunds or exchanges on any ticket or service fee (including but not limited to where a ticket has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, or where the ticket holder’s personal circumstances have changed) except as required by applicable laws in the place of purchase and as provided in the refunds policy set out below. Nothing in this section limits or restricts any rights or remedies which the ticket holder may have at law.
  3. Forest Industries reserves the right to refuse admission or require the ticket holder to leave the venues, without compensation, in circumstances where Forest Industries considers it has cause, including where Forest Industries considers the ticket holder has breached these Terms & Conditions or any law, regulation or rules applying to the event or venue.
  4. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from Forest Industries.
  5. The ticket holder must comply with all security requirements of Forest Industries as a condition of admission to the event.
  6. Your ticket may not, without the prior written consent of Forest Industries, be resold at a premium or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions).

Refund Policy

All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled, or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. You will automatically be notified if this occurs, if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address or phone number when you made your booking.

If an event is rescheduled, and you elect to receive a refund, you must return the complete ticket order.

Returned tickets must be received at least 24 hours prior to the event in order for a refund to be issued. Refunds due to cancellation or unforeseen facility closure will be issued automatically.

GST Tax Invoice

A GST tax invoice/receipt will be emailed to you once the booking has been confirmed.
